Return Policy

We offer a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We will send you detailed instructions for returning your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the error is ours or the product is defective. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
